Like other advocates for Wall Street reform (such as Michael Lewis or Matt Taibbi), we’ve increasingly found that we simply can’t fully explain certain financial concepts like derivatives, leverage, and equity in fragmented blog posts and social media blurbs.
That’s why we wrote an e-book. It’s the best way to explain much of why we need to reform Wall Street.
This book, Too Big Has Failed, pulls from the information on our reading list. If you don’t have the time or inclination to read the things on that list (or if you don’t want to shell out over $300 to buy everything on the list), then we recommend our e-book, which condenses everything down to 7 simple chapters.
It’s written by non-specialists for non-specialists.
Our hope is that by the end of the book you’ll understand how you can literally save hundreds of thousands of dollars by making better choices on retirement accounts and mortgage loans. We also hope that it will be a quick way to gain a simple understanding of what went wrong in the last crisis, and that it will show you specific ways you can help reform Wall Street for good.
Looking forward to reading the book.
